5 Homemade Skin Care Tips For This Summer

#1 Hydrate

Drink plenty of water.This would keep you hydrated as you may lose due to perspiration. It flushes out the toxins and keeps you glowing all through the heat.

#2  Ban suntan

Apply tomato pulp mixed with a drop of honey to remove sun tan.


#3  Fight dry skin

Make a face mask with half a banana, a spoon of honey and 2 spoons of sour cream and leave for 15 minutes to remove sun tan, get polished and supple looking skin.


#4 Exfoliate

Mix gram flour mixed with yogurt and a few drops of lime juice. Apply on your face and then wash off after 10 minutes. This exfoliates, keeps the skin cool and fights tan as well.


#5 Cleanse

Apply a face pack of sandalwood powder mixed with rosewater, leave on for 10 minutes or until it dries off completely. This brings in relief from sun tans and sunburns.
