#1 Massage your skin at night with almond oil.

How to massage:

Use your third finger in circular motion under the eyes.

Use index finger along laugh lines. Go slow and steady as you move.

Always massage from inside to outside motions.

On the forehead go in circular motions using your index finger. Massage your lips a well to get them supple and moist.

 

#2  Face mask of papaya and banana

How to Apply:

Both work wonders for the skin. Mix the pulp of both these fruits and apply it over your face and neck areas. Wash off after 15 minutes.

 

#3 Avocado Face Mask

 How to Apply:

Take the pulp of avocado and apply on your face directly. Leave it on for 15 to 20 minutes to get radiant, supply and tighter skin. You can eat it to get vitamins that nourish the skin internally and restores it back to health.

 

#4 Aloe Vera Face Mask

How to Apply:

Take the pulp of avocado and apply on your face directly. Leave it on for 15 to 20 minutes to get wrinkle free, softer and glowing skin.

 

#5  Egg White Mask

How to Apply:

Egg white is excellent for erasing fine lines and wrinkles. Take the white of the egg and apply it all over your face and neck. Leave on for 15 minutes and then wash off with lukewarm water.

 

Do’s

Wear sunglasses when stepping out in the sun else you may be seen fine lines around the eyes, often called as crow’s feet.
Use sunscreen lotion over face and all exposed body parts. Re-touch after every 4 hours if your work involves staying/moving outdoors.
Wear a scarf when out in the sun.
Drink at least 8 glasses of water every day. Hydrate yourself when outdoors.
Sleep for at least 8 hours every day
Quit smoking – it hastens the skin aging process.
Improve your diet – include fruits and green tea in your diet plan. They come loaded with antioxidants -just what your skin needs.

The least you can do is remove all traces of makeup before you go to bed. They clog the pores of your skin and cause various kinds of skin problems like acne.
